Shipping costs vary by product, shipping destination and shipping method selected at checkout. In general, we offer free shipping on orders over $65 and a $7 flat fee for most product shipped domestically.
Some items may offer economy or standard shipping options. Your final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout before you place your order.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders are processed within 2-5 business days before shipping. Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 1-2 weeks, depending on the carrier, destination, and shipping method selected.
Some made-to-order items, custom products or supplier-shipped items may require additional processing time. Any available estimated delivery window will be shown at checkout or on the product page.

Can I cancel my order?

We’ll do our best to help, but cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has entered production or fulfillment.
Do made-to-order items take longer?
Yes. Made-to-order items, custom products and supplier-shipped items may require additional processing time.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Do you ship internationally?
Most Pawer to the People products currently ship within the United States only.
Some home and living items may be eligible for international shipping. If international shipping is available for a product, the option will appear at checkout.
Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
Some Pawer to the People items are made, packed or shipped by different trusted production partners and suppliers. Because of this, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages and on different days.
