Refund policy
We want you and your pup to love what you ordered. Please review our policy before placing your order, especially for pet apparel, made-to-order items and personalized products.
30-Day Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy for eligible items. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, contact us at info@pawertothepeople.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Made-to-Order Items
Many of our items are made to order, including select adult tees, sweatshirts, hoodies, stickers, totes, pillows, home good, and other printed products.
Because these items are created specifically for your order, made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for size, color, design selection, buyer’s remorse or incorrect ordering.
Please check all product details, size charts, color options and personalization details before placing your order.
If your made-to-order item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, please contact us so we can make it right.
Personalized and Custom Items
Personalized and custom products are final sale. This includes custom pet pillows, photo-based products, personalized keepsakes, special orders and any item made using customer-submitted names, images, dates, text or other custom details.
Personalized and custom items cannot be returned, exchanged or canceled once production has started unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.
Please review all photos, spelling, personalization details and order selections carefully before submitting your order.
Pet Hoodie Size Exchange
We know pet sizing can be tricky — long bodies, deep chests, fluffy coats, tiny legs, big feelings. We see the struggle, honey.
That’s why we offer one risk-free size exchange per order for eligible pet hoodies.
To qualify for a pet hoodie size exchange:
- The exchange request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The hoodie must be unworn, unwashed, unused, free of pet hair, odor, stains and damage.
- The hoodie must be returned in its original packaging when possible.
- The exchange must be for a different size of the same hoodie style, subject to availability.
Pet hoodie exchanges are limited to one size exchange per order.
Please measure your dog carefully and review the size chart before ordering. Chest/girth is usually the most important measurement for pet apparel, especially for deep-chested, broad, fluffy, long-bodied or stout pups.
Other Pet Apparel
Eligible non-custom, non-made-to-order pet apparel may be returned within 30 days if it is unworn, unused, unwashed, free of pet hair, odor, stains and damage, and returned in its original packaging.
We cannot accept returns for pet apparel that has been worn outside, washed, damaged, stained or covered in pet hair.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, misprinted or if you received the wrong item.

Once we review the issue, we’ll work to make it right with a replacement, store credit or refund when appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect:
- Made-to-order items
- Personalized or custom products
- Custom pet pillows and keepsakes
- Stickers and decals
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personal care or grooming products
- Items marked final sale

Exchanges and Returns
For eligible items, we are happy to accommodate one exchange per order.
The fastest way to complete an exchange is to contact us first at info@pawertothepeople.com. Once your return or exchange is accepted, we’ll provide next steps.
Depending on the situation, you may be able to:
- Exchange for an eligible size or item, subject to availability
- Place a new order for your preferred item
- Receive store credit in the form of an e-gift card
- Receive a refund, if approved
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if production or fulfillment has not started.
Because many items are made to order, we cannot guarantee cancellations after an order has been placed. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at info@pawertothepeople.com.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, damage, defect, misprint or incorrect item.
