How do I measure my dog?

Use a soft measuring tape to measure your dog’s neck, chest/girth and back length.

Neck: Measure around the base of your dog’s neck where a collar would naturally sit.
Chest/girth: Measure around the widest part of your dog’s chest, usually just behind the front legs. This is often the most important measurement for pet apparel.
Back length: Measure from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.

For comfort, make sure you can fit about two fingers between your dog and the measuring tape. If your pup is between sizes, deep-chested, broad, fluffy, long-bodied, muscular or has a stout build, we usually recommend sizing up.

Please also consider whether the item will fit comfortably over your dog’s head.

Size charts are provided as guides, and actual fit may vary slightly by product, body shape, coat thickness, and handmade or hand-measured items.

Are the sizes the same for each item?

No. Sizing can vary by product, style and supplier, so please check the size chart on each individual product page before ordering.

A medium in one hoodie may not fit the same as a medium in another style — annoying, yes, but true. Pet apparel sizing likes to keep us humble.

What if my dog is between sizes?

If your dog is between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up — especially for deep-chested, broad, fluffy, muscular, long-bodied or stout pups.

For hoodies with minimal stretch, sizing up is especially important. Some dachshund-specific sizes may fit true to size, so always check the product notes before ordering.

Chest/girth is usually the most important measurement for a comfortable fit.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs vary by product, shipping destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Some items may offer economy or standard shipping options. Your final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout before you place your order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 1–2 weeks, depending on the carrier, destination, and shipping method selected.

Some made-to-order items, custom products or supplier-shipped items may require additional processing time. Any available estimated delivery window will be shown at checkout or on the product page.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $65.

Can I cancel my order?

Do made-to-order items take longer?

Yes. Made-to-order items, custom products and supplier-shipped items may require additional processing time.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Do you ship internationally?

Most Pawer to the People products currently ship within the United States only.

Some home and living items may be eligible for international shipping. If international shipping is available for a product, the option will appear at checkout.

Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?

Some Pawer to the People items are made, packed or shipped by different trusted production partners and suppliers. Because of this, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages and on different days.

Don’t panic — your order is not ghosting you. It may just be traveling in chapters.

My order says delivered, but I don’t see it. What should I do?

Please check around your delivery area, mailbox, parcel locker, front desk, neighbors or anyone else who may have accepted the package.

Help! My order arrived damaged.

Please email us as soon as possible at info@pawertothepeople.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We’ll review the issue and work to make it right with a replacement, store credit or refund when appropriate.

I received the wrong item. What should I do?

My item looks slightly different than the product photo. Is that normal?

Product colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, product material and production method. For handmade, hand-measured, garment-dyed or made-to-order items, small variations may occur and are part of the nature of the product.
