Difficult to adjust

Despite the thorough instructions I received, I am still unable to adjust the goggles while the dog is wearing them so I have to take them on put them off take them off put them on Etc repeatedly and I just can't get a good fit the straps are stiff and the buckles do not allow for easy adjustments while the pop is wearing the goggles
